Why
There are a lot of very talented young and mid career artists who are operating outside of the traditional gallery scene. Dynamic and creative people doing some very good work but lacking an outlet to reach the general public. PTA would like to serve as a platform to expose the work of such artist in a nice gallery setting and situation that is not reliant on the commercial success or the interest of a traditional gallery.
How
By bring these artists together and hosting a series of “Themed” group shows more inline with the “Pop Up” attitude rather than a long running formula of traditional galleries. By focusing on a one week duration we hope to create a sense of urgency and excitement about the exhibitions.
PTa PLATFORM
The prices of all artworks should range between 1€ - 1000€. The idea is to make the works affordable and accessible to get your work into the hands of the public...it's all about exposure!
PTa will use it's social media platforms to announce the event, and all the participating artists should invite their own group of friends, supporters and social media contacts. Together we'll reach a larger audience than would be possible alone.
PARIS TEXAS antwerp ask a participation of 100€ per artist (PTA does not take a commission on your sales!). The installation of the exhibitions will be from Tuesday until Thursday, with the vernissage on Thursday evening. The Gallery will be open to the public from Friday to Sunday. The de-installation of the exposition is on Sunday evening and Monday until 3:00pm.

PTa is always open to suggestions, so if you have a theme in mind, or a group of friends you would like to expose with include this information as well.
